Delivery Information
We work with a variety of trusted suppliers to bring you a wide selection of tiles. Because of this, delivery costs may vary depending on the products you choose.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Stock Availability & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–5 working days of your order being placed. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you via email to arrange the earliest available delivery date, with the option to select a more convenient day if required.
Delivery Service
Pallet Deliveries
Due to the nature of our products, deliveries are made via pallet and are provided on a kerbside basis only.
Deliveries typically take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Access Information
To ensure a smooth delivery, it is essential that you inform us of any access restrictions (such as narrow roads, limited access, or vehicle restrictions) when we contact you to arrange delivery.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are usually carried out between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Please note that for pallet deliveries, we are unable to offer timed slots or tracking services.
Kerbside Delivery & Packaging
All deliveries are completed at the kerbside. For insurance and safety reasons:
∙Drivers are unable to move goods onto your driveway or into your property
∙Drivers are not permitted to handle or position products beyond the delivery point
We strongly recommend arranging suitable assistance to move your order safely into your property.
Please also note:
∙Packaging, including pallets, will not be removed by the driver
∙We advise retaining all packaging in the event of a return
Damaged Goods
We kindly ask that all items are thoroughly checked before the delivery vehicle departs.
∙Any damage must be clearly recorded on the delivery note
∙All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims reported after this period.
Late Deliveries
While every effort is made to deliver within the agreed timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this happen, we will keep you informed at the earliest opportunity.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, but prior to delivery:
∙The delivery must still be accepted
∙You will need to arrange return of the goods to our warehouse at your own cost
Please note:
∙A 30% restocking fee will apply
∙Delivery charges are non-refundable
∙All items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition
Returns
Should you have surplus tiles, we are happy to accept returns subject to the following conditions:
∙Only full, unopened boxes can be returned
∙Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase
∙Items must be in a resaleable condition
All returns are subject to:
∙A 30% restocking fee
∙Original delivery charges are non-refundable
