• Standard Delivery: £50 to UK mainland (additional charges may apply for Highlands & Islands)
• Delivery Time: Typically 3-4 days after payment confirmation, with a choice of delivery date
• Large Vehicle Delivery: Requires suitable access for a tail-lift truck
• Curbside Delivery Only: Due to health & safety regulations, the driver cannot bring the pallet inside the property

Important Delivery Notes

• Pallet Inspection: All pallets are hand-built and double-checked for errors and breakages
• Upon delivery, you will have 10 minutes to check for damages before signing the delivery note
• If any damages are found, the delivery note must be signed as ‘damaged’ – we cannot accept liability for breakages once signed otherwise
• If no one is available to accept delivery, a £50 re-delivery charge will apply
