Delivery Information

• Standard delivery charge: £50 (UK mainland)
• Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Highlands and islands.
• Large vehicle delivery with tail-lift – ensure suitable access to your property.
• Curbside delivery only – the driver cannot bring tiles inside due to health & safety regulations.
• Delivery timeframe: 3–4 days after payment confirmation. You will be given a choice of delivery dates.
• If no one is available to receive the order, a re-delivery charge of £50 will apply.

Important Delivery Check

• All pallets are hand-built and double-checked before dispatch.
• Upon delivery, you have 10 minutes to inspect the pallet for breakages.
• If any damages are found, you must note them on the delivery slip as damaged.
• We cannot accept liability for damaged goods unless recorded at the time of delivery.
