🚛 Large Vehicle Delivery: This item is sent on a large vehicle with a tail-lift, so suitable access to the property is required.
📦 Curbside Delivery Only: The pallet of tiles can only be dropped outside the property. Drivers cannot bring tiles inside due to health and safety regulations.
⚠️ Damage Policy: All goods must be checked before the delivery vehicle leaves. Any issues must be marked as damaged on the delivery note. We cannot accept claims for damaged tiles after 24 hours.
💰 Delivery Charge: Fixed at £50, but for some Highlands and Islands, additional charges may apply.
