⚠️ Damage Policy: All goods must be checked before the delivery vehicle leaves. Any issues must be marked as damaged on the delivery note. We cannot accept claims for damaged tiles after 24 hours.
🔁 Re-Delivery Charge: If no one is available to receive the order, a £50 re-delivery fee will apply.
