It is sent out on a large vehicle with a tail-lift so suitable access to the property is imperative. The pallet of tiles can only be dropped outside the property and cannot be brought inside by the driver due to health and safety regulations.

NOTE: All our pallets are hand built and double checked for errors and breakages so upon receipt of delivery the pallet MUST be checked for breakages, the driver will allow you 10 mins to check goods.

If any damages are found the delivery note must be signed as damaged. We will not accept liability for damaged goods once the delivery note has been signed as anything but damaged.

Remember: You must check goods before signing for them

Delivery is normally 3-4 days after payment confirmed you will be given the choice of a working day delivery date.

NOTE: If there is no-one available to take delivery a re-delivery charge of £17.65 will apply
